There are two different packages available for Office 365; Exchange Essentials and Office 365 Business Premium.
Exchange Essentials offers a 15GB mailbox you can access via the Outlook Web App or an email client. Office 365 Business Premium gives you access to the full Microsoft Office suite of applications that can be installed on your desktop or mobile devices.
It is not possible to add Office 365 to a domain that has existing mailboxes setup. These will need to be backed up and removed before an Office 365 package can be assigned to the domain.
