vCORE Technology Partners has been acquired by AHEAD, a provider of enterprise cloud services. The purchase will help AHEAD expand its foothold in the U.S. Southwest, a process that began in 2020 with the acquisition of systems integrator Kovarus.
vCORE would join the AHEAD portfolio by bringing top-tier talent and high-profile clients, resulting in a company with more than $2 billion in gross revenue this year, more than $200 million in professional and managed services revenue, and more than 1,300 employees, 800 of whom work in engineering or customer service.

vCORE, situated in Scottsdale, would extend AHEAD’s position in the western United States, notably in Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, California, and Hawaii, where it was founded in 2010. With the acquisition of vCORE, AHEAD would be able to expand its service offerings, including sophisticated managed services, and strengthen its position as a global leader in digital business infrastructure.
