Altura Launches New Cloud-based Monitoring Service, Sentinel Edge Cloud

Altura Communication Solutions, a U.S. provider of communication enabled solutions and managed services, launched Altura Sentinel Edge Cloud, a hosted suite of cloud-based managed services. Altura Sentinel Edge Cloud offers real-time insight into Avaya telephony, Unified Communications (UC) systems and contact center platforms.

Altura Sentinel Edge Cloud is a cloud-based, proactive systems monitoring solution and is part of the Altura Sentinel Edge managed services suite. Powered by Virsae, a global developer of UC service management applications, Sentinel Edge Cloud enables businesses to optimize the operational and technical performance of their Unified Communications (UC) system.
