Users can view monitoring activity within TitanXR, including virtual machine tap status, active filters, GRE tunnels and traffic bandwidth. Since no server agent software is required, users would be able to save money by using existing security and performance tools.

“Virtualized data centers are becoming more practical every day,” said Ravi Rao, principal PM manager, Windows Server, Microsoft. “Tracking network traffic, no matter where it is located, is critical for security purposes. We are pleased to see APCON benefit our mutual customers with its expertise in network and security monitoring, and this new monitoring solution is a significant development for those organizations needing to monitor their Hyper-V server environment.”

APCON’s IntellaTap-VE, a licensed feature of TitanXR, is available immediately. For more information, visit their website here.
