To begin, you will need to log in to your 123-reg control panel as it’s where you will see your MX records for your email settings. If your MX records are set to 123-reg mail, then you should have no trouble sending and receiving mail using your 123-mail account on webmail.
However, if these are set to an external email service, you will need to change this ti 123-reg mail even if you are using a 3rd party email client such as Outlook or Gmail. If you have purchased an email package from another provider, then MX record need to be set to an external email service.
