Global technology solutions distributor, Arrow Electronics, has launched their new EMEA cloud channel program named ‘Cloud Innovation Factory’ for technology channel partners including independent software vendors (ISVs). Organizations using Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) applications can use the program to grow, enhance, and scale their cloud-based solutions to meet their specific needs.
Arrow’s new channel program is aimed at helping technology companies plan for the future by assisting them with business and strategy planning, onboarding, and solution optimization. Additionally, this channel program provides services to assist their businesses in growing, as well as a promise to always innovate in order to meet the changing demands of clients wishing to expand SaaS applications.
Arrow is trying to enhance the usage of cloud by technology providers, scale market-ready products, integrate into marketplaces, better utilize subscription models, and understand multiple channel models to develop with other channel partners through its specialized teams in the EMEA area.

Technology channel partners are divided into four groups by Arrow Electronics:
- Those who are rapidly building up and need to demonstrate viability
- Those who are more established and wish to concentrate their efforts on new areas of expansion
- Those who desire to link and create applications that can be used in conjunction with other apps
- Those looking to upgrade their businesses using cloud platforms
The channel program covers everything from value proposition development to training and consulting services, as well as marketing, demand creation, and vendor best practices. Arrow Electronics has long collaborated with technology providers, but the ‘Cloud Innovation Factory’ program would foster a more partner-centric approach in which Arrow Electronics can help them succeed.
