Global cloud hosting provider Rackspace Technology together with Auronix have established a partnership to leverage and improve Amazon Web Services (AWS) technology for Auronix’s offerings. It has resulted in a 300 percent return on investment since adoption, according to the companies.
Founded in 1994, Auronix is a technology business that focuses on Calixta, a premier communication platform-as-a-service in Latin America. Calixta connects companies with millions of customers to the appropriate message at the right time, on the channel they choose, and to meaningful discussions with systems, processes, and people.
Serving the largest brands in the financial industry, telecom, retail, and ecommerce, Auronix provides communication services for its clients through numerous digital channels and can swiftly enhance their infrastructure to deliver availability, redundancy, elastic capacity, and incident monitoring.
Together, AWS, Rackspace Technology and Auronix claim to have built a more robust infrastructure, helping to reinforce Auronix’s security as well as boost speed and scalability by moving all their products to the cloud. Rackspace Technology is also in charge of infrastructure monitoring, alarms, solution recommendations, and risk mitigation planning, all of which are handled proactively.
“Rackspace Technology provides end-to-end multi-cloud expertise and has vast experience centralizing, automating, and optimizing processes more safely and efficiently,” said Jeff DeVerter, Chief Technology Evangelist at Rackspace Technology. “Given our track record, Auronix immediately saw that Rackspace Technology would be the perfect partner to help accelerate their digital transformation on AWS.”
Auronix was able to free up resources to build new applications as a result of the enhancements being achieved, allowing the firm to continue developing and growing while also seeing a 300 percent return on investment and double migration speed.
“Rackspace Technology has been an extremely important business partner for us,” said Adrian Villaseñor, Co-director at Auronix. “Our partnership has allowed us to manage our AWS infrastructure in a more scalable and a more appropriate way to be able to focus on what we have to do well.”
