Bulk Transfer of Domain Names from ‘Spam-Friendly’ Registrar Dynamic Dolphin to BigRock Solutions

domain-names-spamICANN has authorized the bulk transfer of gTLD domain names from Dynamic Dolphin, Inc. to BigRock Solutions Ltd. due to compliance actions taken by ICANN that resulted in the de-accreditation of Dynamic Dolphin. The registrar allegedly run by ‘spam king’ Scott Richter’ has long been associated with spam and cybercrime.

The affected gTLD registries have processed the bulk transfers. Former registrant-customers of Dynamic Dolphin should receive notices from BigRock Solutions advising of the transfer. Registrants will continue to be able to transfer their registrations to other registrars. Customer questions about the transfer should be directed to BigRock Solutions.

ICANN followed its De-Accredited Registrar Transition Procedure to identify a gaining registrar for the gTLD names formerly managed by Dynamic Dolphin. Through this process, BigRock Solutions was identified. There is no cost to registrants for the bulk transfer.
