Infrastructure, Desktop, Backup, Storage, and Disaster Recovery as a Service are just a few of the hybrid cloud services provided by C3, which are accessible at all iM Critical facilities. Each iM Critical site will also offer C3 Complete’s multi-carrier Internet access services, low-latency, high-speed cloud on-ramps, and data center interconnects. Clients of iM Critical may choose from a broad range of Managed Services, Network Engineering, Voice and Collaboration, and Information Security solutions offered by C3 professionals for enterprises looking for a turn-key IT experience.

Data Centers in Miami, Pittsburgh

A premier hyper-connected data center in Miami, Florida, with over 100,000 square feet of configurable colocation space and disaster recovery office suites, was recently acquired by iM Critical. The company is currently upgrading the facility and repositioning it with the help of sustainable benefits like on-site renewable power and unrestricted space and power.
The iM Miami complex has a gated campus, round-the-clock security, several independent utility power sources, and a Category 5 hurricane classification. It is strategically positioned outside of the storm evacuation zones and the 100-year floodplain. Near Q3 2022, a second iM Critical site, an HPC-capable campus in Pittsburgh, PA, offering the same wide range of benefits, is expected to launch.
C3 and iM Critical are building a highly secure, purpose-built Network Operations Center (NOC) / Security Operations Center as part of the Miami site improvements (SOC). Deep monitoring, early detection and mitigation, incident management, and response services will all be provided by the cutting-edge NOC/SOC, which will have people on duty around-the-clock.
“We are so pleased with our Miami acquisition, and with the improvements we are making, and are looking forward to providing a new level of security, reliability and interconnection to the Miami colocation market. We continually strive to look beyond those table stakes to understand where the market is going and how we can meet those needs for customers,” said Michael Roark, CEO at iM Critical. “Partnering with C3 further enables our ability to become the premier single-source provider of end-to-end IT infrastructure solutions in the markets we serve, keeping iM, C3 and our customers ahead of a challenging, changing technology landscape.”
