Changing your FTP password

When you add a domain to your account it is automatically assigned a default FTP account. It is important that you keep your FTP password confidential, however if you suspect that a third party has access to your website you can change the FTP password at any time.

There are two types of FTP user, the default master account, and custom FTP accounts that you can add via your control panel.
