Ensono, a global MSP delivering end-to-end managed hybrid cloud services, has joined the Google Cloud Partner Advantage Program. Ensono is based in the Chicago area and has approximately 2,500 associates located worldwide. Joining Google Cloud’s Partner Advantage Program would enable Ensono to strengthen its multicloud credentials.
Joining Google Cloud’s Partner Advantage Program will allow Ensono to better support clients across all sectors by assisting them in transforming on any major public cloud platform.
Organizations are using multicloud strategies to leverage capabilities from more than one provider as their IT systems get more complicated. Ensono can provide clients with Google Cloud knowledge and access to selected Google Cloud technologies such as BigQuery, Anthos, and more by joining the Google Cloud Partner Advantage Program.
“As a leading managed services provider helping enterprises transform in the cloud, being able to provide multicloud solutions across platforms is a key strategy that our clients are looking for,” said Gordon McKenna, CTO of public cloud at Ensono. “Our mission is to provide organizations with the best management of hybrid environments while migrating applications to the cloud. By working with Google Cloud, Ensono has the expertise to aid clients in achieving their multicloud goals by adopting Google Cloud applications within their existing infrastructure.”
Google Cloud, AWS, Azure

This news comes on the heels of Ensono’s recent acquisition of Amido, a cloud-native consultancy located in the United Kingdom and a Google Cloud Partner Advantage Program member. Ensono is able to promote growth and cloud-native capabilities for current clients, notably in the retail industry, thanks to Amido’s cloud-native expertise and Google Cloud client base. Ensono will now provide assistance and direction to Amido’s retail clients in order to help them expand their businesses within the Google Cloud environment.
Ensono now offers cloud services capabilities across Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and private cloud as a result of its strengthened partnership with Google Cloud.
Ensono’s comprehensive services offering, which ranges from mainframe to cloud and is supported by an intelligent governance platform, is designed to enable their clients to function in the present while planning for the future.
Earlier this yar, Ensono was acquired by global investment firm KKR. The investment firm acquired Ensono from Charlesbank Capital Partners and M/C Partners for an undisclosed sum of money. Charlesbank and M/C Partners bought the company in 2015 as a corporate carve-out. Since rebranding as Ensono in 2016, the hybrid IT services provider has achieved impressive growth in new clients and revenue.
