RapidScale, a provider of cloud hosting solutions to companies of all sizes across the globe, headquartered in Irvine, California, has launched their CloudPortal – a user interface for the growing RapidScale partner community.
RapidScale partners will have the ability to log in to create proposals, manage proposals, manage customers, review bills, access marketing documentation, access systems, and much more. While CloudPortal is in the first phase of becoming a one-stop-shop for RadpidSclae’s customers, agents, white label partners, MSPs, VARs, MSO’s and Carriers, the end result would be a powerful single sign-on resource for everything RapidScale.
As RapidScale continues to roll out updates to CloudPortal, partners and customers will be able to adjust dashboards to see real-time system reporting on their infrastructure and users. Sales Partners will also be able to project revenues, follow-up with inquiries, request resources, and more. CloudPortal signifies a large step towards integrating RapidScale’s entire community with client’s systems and information.
“This exciting launch gives RapidScale a stronger market position as partners, white label partners, bill and brand partners, and clients who all want a single user interface to view and manage their client’s system, marketing materials, system updates, billing and much more,” said RapidScale CEO, Randy Jeter. “The portal design and vision was the product of involvement with the build out of PAETEC Online, which in the early days of Competitive Local Exchange Carriers, was a huge differentiator for PAETEC Communications.”
RapidScale’s products include CloudDesktop, an advanced virtual desktop solution, CloudServer, virtualization of servers, CloudRecovery, backup and failover for businesses of all sizes, CloudMail, Hosted Microsoft Exchange, and the all-in-one CloudOffice solution, which is a full suite of the RapidScale products in one convenient package. RapidScale is also able to virtualize, implement, and support 97 percent of business applications, making them available within the virtual desktop.
