RapidScale, a provider of cloud hosting solutions to companies of all sizes across the globe, headquartered in Irvine, California, has launched their CloudPortal – a user interface for the growing RapidScale partner community.
RapidScale partners will have the ability to log in to create proposals, manage proposals, manage customers, review bills, access marketing documentation, access systems, and much more. While CloudPortal is in the first phase of becoming a one-stop-shop for RadpidSclae’s customers, agents, white label partners, MSPs, VARs, MSO’s and Carriers, the end result would be a powerful single sign-on resource for everything RapidScale.
As RapidScale continues to roll out updates to CloudPortal, partners and customers will be able to adjust dashboards to see real-time system reporting on their infrastructure and users. Sales Partners will also be able to project revenues, follow-up with inquiries, request resources, and more. CloudPortal signifies a large step towards integrating RapidScale’s entire community with client’s systems and information.
