Enterprise Cloud Merger Activity to Accelerate in Europe as Key Players Seek Scale

Enterprise cloud infrastructure and service providers are entering a phase of rapid consolidation across Europe as several IT subsectors converge and key players seek scale via acquisition, say industry experts speaking at TMT M&A Forum 2016 in London on April 14 – an annual international leadership event for telecom, media and tech.

“M&A activity across the cloud, infrastructure and managed services sectors is accelerating rapidly as businesses look to take advantage of significant tailwinds over the next five years, through consolidation, as well as organic growth opportunities,” said Olivier Wolf, Partner, TMT Sector Leader at Ernst & Young.
