Cloud services company Evolve IP has acquired Xtium, Inc. a mid-Atlantic based cloud computing services provider located in King of Prussia, PA. The strategic purchase is part of Evolve IP‘s ongoing growth strategy and would provide the company with increased penetration into the healthcare technology vertical market.
Established in 2007, Xtium provides Disaster Recovery, Desktop as a Service (DaaS), managed cloud hosting and managed online backup.
