Green House Data, a managed service provider helping organizations on every step of their journey to the cloud by offering multi-cloud management, professional services, DevOps frameworks, data center services, and application enablement, has become a Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Service Provider (MSP), one of a select number of partners to have met the stringent requirements of the program.
The Azure Expert MSP certification was created in 2018 to recognize the Microsoft partners most capable of assisting in the journey to cloud operations and IT modernization. The audit covers managed services capabilities including staff aptitude, customer support process, documentation, system architecture design, and customer evidence.
“This certification is validation of years of accumulated effort and experience from our talented team, especially within cloud services and advisory services,” said Thomas Burns, Chief Technology Officer (CTO) of Green House Data. “We are excited to continue to help clients drive revenue and organizational success while they leverage their Microsoft Azure investments.”
Founded in 2007, Green House Data has been recognized as a Microsoft Partner of the Year or Partner of the Year Finalist for seven years, and holds Microsoft Gold competencies in Application Development, Datacenter, Cloud Platform, Cloud Productivity, Collaboration and Content, ISV, Messaging, and in Windows and Devices.
“The Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Service Provider program recognizes partners who have invested in building deep Azure knowledge and services,” said Gavriella Schuster, Corporate Vice President, One Commercial Partner (OCP), Microsoft. “Green House Data has demonstrated expertise delivering on next-gen managed service capabilities, and we welcome them to the Azure Expert MSP program.”
The Azure Expert MSP certification helps Microsoft Azure customers choose service providers with confidence, knowing that independent auditors have closely examined IaaS and PaaS Azure service catalogs, including Azure Automation, Life-cycle Operations, Networking, Data Platform, and Analytics; additional capabilities such as IT modernization, design processes, security policy, change management, cloud migration, helpdesk, support escalation, Service Level Agreements, customer satisfaction, and more are all considered during the process for a holistic view of the overall cloud practice.
“The Microsoft Azure Expert Managed Service Provider audit was a team effort that highlighted our proficiencies and surfaced opportunities for improvement,” said Daniel O. Deter, Director of Information Security at Green House Data. “We’re more prepared than ever to deliver on IT modernization, cloud migration, and information security efforts while supporting critical legacy enterprise applications within Azure.”
