RP tech India, one of the largest IT & Mobile distributors in India with branch & service operations in over 50 towns across the country with a broad portfolio of well-known vender brands, has acquired India-based web hosting and cloud services provider, ZNet Technologies. RP tech India will add ZNet to its portfolio and start offering ZNet’s cloud services to potential SMB and enterprise customers in India.
RP tech India will take a majority stake in ZNet and will invest in enhancing R&D capabilities and upskilling technical manpower to support latest technologies like cloud, IoT, AI, et cetera. ZNet will continue to operate as an independent legal entity and various existing brands of ZNet would continue to operate as normal. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
