RapidScale, a provider of managed cloud solutions headquartered in Irvine, California, has appointed Susan Eakle as Vice President of National Accounts. Mrs. Eakle will take over leadership of account management and strategic partnerships for RapidScale.
Susan Eakle’s core focus is to elevate RapidScale’s goal of providing clients with the best customer experience. She brings an extensive level of knowledge in the areas of account management, channel sales, cloud services and strategic partnerships.
Prior to joining RapidScale, Mrs. Eakle held long-term positions with GE Capital and PAETEC Communications, which was purchased by Windstream. She has a history of “documented success” in developing processes and procedures, and building programs that focus on delivering the best client experience.
“I’m thrilled to be joining RapidScale,” said Susan Eakle. “I feel it is one of the most exciting times for this company and I feel lucky to be a part of this dynamic organization. Not only are the people here amazing and dedicated, but being part of a customer-focused organization is personally important to me, so helping RapidScale grow, achieve, and maintain such a corporate value is very exciting.”
Mrs Eakle is Six Sigma Green Belt certified, is currently part of Women in the Channel, and was Co-Hub Leader of GE’s Women’s Network. With Eakle’s expansive experience, RapidScale is excited to integrate her into the team and utilize her “fresh insights and management philosophy” to further enhance RapidScale partner and customer relations.
“This is a key organizational hire for the company as her experience and knowledge have already made a positive impact on the company from the first day she stepped in the door,” said RapidScale’s co-founder and CEO, Randy Jeter, who has worked closely with Eakle for close to 15 years. “Not only will this pay off by providing our clients the best experience, but our strategic partnerships with MSOs, Carriers, VARs and MSPs will also see a higher level of partner support and focus.”
