Peak 10, a North American provider of IT infrastructure and cloud hosting services, has signed a partnership agreement with Embotics, a provider of enterprise-grade Cloud Management Software. The partnership will focus on delivering Embotics vCommander as part of Peak 10’s self-service cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) platform, enabling enhanced self-service provisioning to its customers.
Peak 10‘s initial rollout of Embotics vCommander will enhance its cloud Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS) offering with improved self-service server level provisioning and optimization tools. After the initial rollout, Peak 10 plans to integrate Embotics vCommander as its cloud management platform – enabling all aspects of IaaS for its enterprise customers.
Embotics vCommander’s scalable, policy-based Multi-Cloud Management Platform will enable self-service IT while analyzing, orchestrating, governing and brokering across private, public and hybrid clouds.

“As a full-service provider, including IT infrastructure, cloud, and managed services, the path to success is clear; we need the ability to power business-critical, scalable, multi-tenant IaaS cloud for our enterprise customers,” said Monty Blight, Vice President of Product Management at Peak 10. “After considering a number of options, Embotics was the clear choice. Embotics vCommander’s ease-of-use coupled with its platform neutrality, positioned Embotics ahead of other companies.”
Embiotics’ clients include organizations such as NASA, Cisco, the Netherlands Ministry of Defence, Cablevision, McKinsey & Company, Jabil Circuit, and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). One of Embotics’ largest deployments would provide federated management of close to 30 globally distributed data centers.
