Peak 10, a hybrid IT infrastructure provider offering colocation, interconnection, cloud and managed IT solutions, has announced a partnership with a provider of global direct connect solutions, Console Connect.
Console Connect is a global provider of automated cloud connectivity and remote peering, operating since 2011, with more than 170 Points of Presence (PoPs) in over 20 countries.
Peak 10 customers can now leverage the Console platform to access connectivity to any of Console’s 170 network endpoints globally, enabling access to their customers, partners and SaaS providers who are part of the Console ecosystem while also extending secured private network connections to hyperscale public cloud providers such as Microsoft Azure, Amazon AWS, and Google Cloud.
“Our partnership with Console reflects our priority and continuous commitment to providing our customers with the most comprehensive set of connectivity services in the industry,” said Chris Downie, CEO of Peak 10. “Working with Console Connect, we can assure our customers that Peak 10 will be the provider of choice to support them no matter what current or future hybrid IT requirements they may have.”
Using the Console platform, Peak 10 customers would benefit from faster provisioning, reduced latency and increased security, furthering Peak 10’s vision of supporting hybrid IT workloads, regardless of deployment model or location. Once on the platform, Peak 10’s user base of thousands of technology customers would be able to bypass the public Internet and establish “reliable, private direct connections with business-critical cloud platforms and partners around the globe, all with a single click.”
“We’re pleased to bring Console Connect‘s single-click interconnection platform to Peak 10 and its customers,” said Jef Graham, CEO of Console Connect. “Combined with Peak 10’s high-quality facilities, full scope of Cloud and Managed IT solutions and reputation for customer support and operational excellence, this partnership will give enterprise customers the ability to seamlessly internetwork these facilities and work with other leading Cloud and SaaS offerings in the market.”
Headquartered in Charlotte, N.C., Peak 10 operates 16 data centers in key U.S. markets and serves a diverse range of customers in the U.S. and abroad.
