Swizznet, a Sage-Authorized Partner, an Intuit-Authorized Commercial Hosting provider and a Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider, has announced the launch of new public cloud deployment options to their portfolio of hosted products. Sage and QuickBooks private cloud clients now have the option to deploy their managed workspace on Google Cloud Platform, Microsoft Azure or Internap infrastructure providers.
Swizznet offers hosting solutions that empower accountants and businesses to free themselves from in-house infrastructure and IT headaches so that they can connect and collaborate from any computer or device. Swizznet offers an on-demand Marketplace and uses the latest cloud computing technology and tools to provide “the fastest, most reliable cloud access” to Sage and QuickBooks desktop applications.
Swizznet’s newest offering would give clients the choice of where they would like their private cloud deployed; Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform or their standard Internap cloud deployment option. As part of the new offering Swizznet will also offer a new HIPAA compliant private cloud option deployed on the Google Cloud Platform.
As globally recognized public cloud providers, Azure and Google offer built-in regional resiliency and scalability for those customers who require the ultimate cloud solution. Internap would distinguish itself with its patented Managed Internet Route Optimizer (MIRO) technology – an intelligent route optimization that enhances connectivity and reliability by evaluating path characteristics such as latency, packet loss, traffic and route stability.
With all three deployment options, users can be off and running with their new private cloud in just a matter of hours on whichever infrastructure provider best meets their business needs.
In addition to being able to select the preferred data center for deployment, clients will continue to be able to select from “Standard” or “Platinum” business continuity and disaster recovery options. Platinum protection includes real-time replication of both data and virtual machine(s) with an “RPO of less than 2 hours and an RTO of less than 6 hours.”
“Our new public cloud options were chosen with the unique needs of our clients in mind. This new offering meets their desire to take advantage of the quality, security and resiliency of the public cloud and the ability to have a fully managed offering paired with our Obsessive Support,” said Mike Callan, CEO of Swizznet. “It puts our clients in control. We are excited to further our mission to meet our clients’ expanding and unique needs while never compromising our world-class service and support.”
