Verizon Names Siki Giunta to Lead its Global Cloud Hosting Business

Verizon Enterprise Solutions, a business unit of Verizon Communications Inc., has appointed industry veteran Siki Giunta as Senior Vice President Cloud and M2M Connected Solutions. In her new role, Giunta will lead Verizon’s global cloud hosting practice.

Giunta leads a global team of cloud and data center professionals to bring the new Verizon Cloud to market, ensuring clients can harness this enterprise-class platform to unlock the value of their data, and access it where and when they need it.

Passion for innovation

Giunta brings to Verizon more than 20 years of international operations, sales and marketing experience in cloud hosting and emerging technology sectors. Most recently, she led CSC’s global cloud hosting business. Previously she served as CEO for both Fortisphere and Managed Objects. She has also been on leadership teams of Novell, OS/390, CA and Synapse Corp.
