Zayo’s Connect to the Cloud platform provides that connectivity.”

AWS Direct Connect

In 2011, Zayo Group started offering direct bandwidth up to 10G through the AWS Direct Connect portal. In 2013, the company announced it had become an Amazon Partner Network (APN) Technology Partner. As an APN, Zayo provides private networks with circuits to enable connectivity to each AWS Direct Connect location.

Zayo Group’s fiber optic network extends more than 77,000 route miles and includes more than 14,000 on-net buildings, providing connectivity to the majority of data centers and carrier hotels in the United States. Zayo is continually on-boarding new cloud hosting providers and offers multiple options to connect to the cloud including Ethernet, IP VPN, and wavelengths up to 10G.
