Zayo to Enable CloudLink Service in Seven Peak 10 Data Centers

Zayo Group starts providing Peak 10 customers with its ‘CloudLink’ cloud connectivity services under a recently executed arrangement between the two parties. Zayo will offer CloudLink initially in seven Peak 10 data centers and will work with Peak 10 to expand further across Peak 10’s expanding portfolio.

Zayo’s global network connects thousands of on-net facilities, including data centers and public cloud providers. The company’s CloudLink cloud connectivity services provide an on-ramp to Zayo’s extensive fiber network, enabling global connectivity to the world’s largest cloud services providers.

cloud hosting peak 10The cloud connectivity service provides dedicated, “high-performance” bandwidth options, enabling secured connectivity directly to major public cloud providers. Customers may choose traditional, aggregated bandwidth or FlexConnect, Zayo’s usage-based Ethernet.

Peak 10 customers will benefit from our high-performance network and infrastructure, which now extends to more than 365 U.S. and international markets as well as our Global Reach locations,” said Mike Strople, president of Enterprise Networks, Zayo. “Zayo will be able to fully leverage our network assets to support a new, and considerable customer base within Peak 10’s facilities.”

With an operational data center footprint of more than 890,000 square feet and growing, Peak 10 connects multiple data centers to an ecosystem of solutions, delivering IT business communications and enabling customers to connect on a global basis.
