Sherweb, a cloud marketplace with more than 6,500 partners and 80,000 companies worldwide growing their business using Sherweb’s value-added services, has hired Alain Brisson as Chief Operating Officer (COO).
Alain Brisson brings over 25 years of experience in Information Technology, Telecommunications, and Business Process Outsourcing to Sherweb. Mr. Brisson previously held the positions of Senior Vice President at Bell Business Markets and Senior Vice President at CGI. He was in charge of more than $3 billion in annual revenue from a wide range of services in B2B market sectors across Canada during his time at Bell.

Alain Brisson has also served on the boards of directors of various organizations, including the Canadian Chamber of Commerce and CIRANO, a Montreal-based interuniversity research center. Aside from his professional career, Mr. Brrisson has been a long-time supporter of humanitarian groups such as Muscular Dystrophy Canada.
