A Cloud Equity Group portfolio company, CloudAccess provides a hosting and support platform for the Joomla and WordPress content management systems. Miller Media is a company with a 30-year history. As a Google Partner, Miller Media is a digital marketing agency focused on Internet marketing strategies, usability, conversion improvement, SEO, SEM, design, and development of websites.
The add-on acquisition would allow both firms to leverage resources from each other to expand their respective service offerings and create significantly more value for their clients.
