CloudLinux has announced its new strategic partnership with DirectAdmin, one of the leading Linux Web hosting control panels on the market. As part of this partnership, DirectAdmin starts offering CloudLinux OS as a preferred operating system, enabling “highest stability and security for delivering high performing” servers to their customers.
In addition, features such as support for multiple PHP versions, hardening of all PHP versions, as well as features for a high density of tenants would make servers more profitable.
“CloudLinux OS is very popular among hosting providers as it improves profitability of their Linux servers, something that our customers truly benefit from,” said Mark Capowski, JBMC Software Inc. Vice President. “Now we decided to make it our core offering so that even more customers can take advantage of it.”
CloudLinux OS is already integrated with DirectAdmin and counts hundreds of hosting providers as customers of both systems. But thanks to the new partnership agreement, CloudLinux OS and DirectAdmin integration would highly improve in the upcoming months.
“Lightweight Virtual Environment Manager and other core components of CloudLinux OS will work more smoothly and seamlessly for the end user”, said Igor Seletskiy, CEO of CloudLinux. “We also add DirectAdmin fully integrated support to our suite of other control panel partners such as cPanel, Plesk, and ISPmanager.”
