CloudLinux Releases Its CloudLinux OS Node.js Selector Feature

Web server security and stability solutions provider for hosting providers, CloudLinux, has announced the beta release of the Node.js Selector feature within its CloudLinux OS – operating system for shared web hosting. With Node.js Selector, end-user customers are able to host their JavaScript apps using Node.js 6, 8 or 9.

“As JavaScript became one of the most popular programming languages, more and more customers demand Node.js hosting,” said Igor Seletskiy, CloudLinux Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and founder, CloudLinux. “We are excited to add Node.js Selector to a list of our other similar features available in CloudLinux OS to make it even more valuable to our customers.”

Node Selector is the latest selector feature available in CloudLInux OS. Others include the PHP Selector, the Ruby Selector, and the Python Selector. With more than 4,000 customers and partners, including LiquidWeb and Dell, and more than 200,000 product installations, CloudLinux would combine in-depth technical knowledge of hosting, kernel development, and open source with unique client care expertise.
