CloudRadial, a provider of account management automation for managed service providers (MSPs), has announced the new ability to report on Auvik devices and networks directly to MSP clients, bridging the gap between network management and client reporting.
“It has typically been difficult for MSPs to get the credit they deserve for all of the services they manage,” said Jeff Farris, CEO of CloudRadial. “Our integration with Auvik brings another dimension to client reporting and MSP transparency.”
Auvik’s cloud-based software would simplify and automate network monitoring and management for IT managed service providers.
