COLOTRAQGlobal sourcing advisory firm and master agency for data center infrastructure (DCI) services, COLOTRAQ, has released real-time commissions tracking, reporting and notifications within its DCITRAQ platform for IT channel partners globally.

COLOTRAQ’s cloud-based platform enables users to dynamically research, compare and purchase colocation, cloud and cybersecurity services through COLOTRAQ’s network of over 400 service providers in practically every market worldwide.

The COLOTRAQ DCITRAQ platform contains 20 years’ worth of historical data about each of the 400+ vendors and their capabilities. It also incorporates a customizable algorithm that matches a client’s project requirements to the offerings and capabilities that vendors have specified in the system. A user would then be able to launch a comparison chart, highlighting the matching vendors’ capabilities and offerings to further streamline and simplify the sourcing process.

With a CRM platform included that channel partners can use as their own, DCITRAQ allows all communication on deals to happen through the system. According to COLOTRAQ, this allows for better management of a client’s project throughout its life cycle.
