ConnectiviTree, Eurofiber Forge Alliance to Expand Network Capabilities in Europe

Eurofiber

ConnectiviTree has purchased dark fiber capacity on Eurofiber’s European, four-country, 66,700-kilometer-long fiber network. This is part of a strategic alliance intending to leverage the respective assets of both companies to enhance both their network capabilities and promote mutual development on the European market.

This would provide ConnectiviTree with a solid fiber infrastructure foundation to support its ambitious ambitions to connect more than 250 Points of Presence (PoPs) throughout Europe and beyond by 2025.

In exchange, Eurofiber will have the option to leverage ConnectiviTree’s pan-European network to expand its strategic network reach. This partnership will allow Eurofiber to expand its international portfolio and capitalize on new market opportunities made possible by ConnectiviTree’s extensive network.

The Managing Director of International Business at Eurofiber, Rhoderick van der Wyck, was enthusiastic about the partnership, stating, “It makes sense to collaborate with other network builders such as ConnectiviTree to accelerate mutual growth. We are thrilled to join ConnectiviTree’s innovative global partner network and look forward to collaborating with them to expand our international portfolio.”

As an independent provider of data transport networks, ConnectiviTree (Europe) AG is making significant advances in revolutionizing data transmission for enterprise clients. Network, Capacity, and Spectrum as a Service (NaaS, CaaS, and SaaS) will be offered for the company’s “cutting-edge” layer 1 and 2 fiber-based data transmission network solution. ConnectiviTree intends to market its innovative solution through channel partners including telecommunications, systems integrators, and data center operators.

The ConnectiviTree network is intended to provide rapid and secure data transport with capacities of up to 200 terabits between key cities, initially concentrating on Western Europe and later expanding globally. The architecture, business model, and planned white label functionality of the network provide channel partners with a scalable and cost-effective opportunity to delve into the expanding market for global data transport services for large enterprises.

Paul Cox, President and CEO of ConnectiviTree, also expressed enthusiasm about the alliance, highlighting Eurofiber’s endorsement of their business plan. Mr. Cox emphasized the partnership’s potential and the opportunities it affords both companies. “With Eurofiber as a new partner, and as part of our planned network expansion, our team will collaborate closely with the Eurofiber team to expand our pan-European footprint and introduce new services. Cox stated that they anticipate a long and mutually profitable relationship with Eurofiber.”

This partnership between Eurofiber and ConnectiviTree is a strategic move designed to capitalize on Europe’s increasing demand for reliable and scalable connectivity solutions. By combining Eurofiber’s extensive fiber network with ConnectiviTree’s ambitious expansion plans, the partnership seeks to offer enhanced connectivity options and innovative services to businesses and organizations across the continent.

As Eurofiber continues to expand its fiber footprint and ConnectiviTree expands its pan-European presence, it is anticipated that the collaboration between these two industry leaders will drive the development of advanced connectivity solutions and foster the expansion of the digital infrastructure ecosystem in Europe.
