With the integration of products from CoolIT and nVent HOFFMAN and SCHROFF brands, customers within the data center industry will be able to buy complete high-density liquid cooled enclosure protection solutions. Both parties remain independently owned and operated.

nVent’s principal office is in London while their management office is located in Minneapolis, in the United States. As the company grew, so did the need for direct liquid cooling in the data center industry. CoolIT Systems began designing products for data centers and server OEMs in 2014. The company has headquarters in both Calgary, Canada and Connecticut, USA, three manufacturing warehouses in Canada and China and sales teams located around the globe.
