CoreSite Clients Can Now Access Zenlayer’s Network and Bare Metal Cloud

“We are thrilled that Zenlayer is now part of the CoreSite Open Cloud Exchange,” said Joe Zhu, Founder and CEO at Zenlayer.

Zenlayer’s Cloud Networking and Bare Metal Cloud services are now available to CoreSite clients via CoreSite’s Open Cloud Exchange. It would allow them to immediately deploy applications globally via an ultra-low latency private network.

As a leading interconnection provider, CoreSite deploys high fiber and virtual connections on the CoreSite Open Cloud Exchange. The company provides highly scalable and compliant cloud-adjacent digital campuses in the United States, with on-net, low latency access to top cloud availability zones, CDNs, and worldwide network service providers.

“By adding Zenlayer to the Open Cloud Exchange, our customers can easily reach clouds and data centers in fast-growing emerging markets such as Asia-Pacific, India, Indonesia, and Brazil,” said Maile Kaiser, CoreSite’s SVP of Sales and Marketing.

CoreSite users may now connect directly to public/private clouds and business SaaS in over 25 countries across the world thanks to the advent of Zenlayer Cloud Networking.

Zenlayer Cloud Networking is a Network-as-a-Service (NaaS) that allows enterprises to quickly establish private, full-mesh worldwide networks. Cloud Networking can especially be beneficial for real-time interactive applications with worldwide users since it would reduce latency and jitter “by up to 40%” when compared to the public Internet. Businesses may also view their telemetry data to have complete awareness of their network health, connection quality, latency, and resource utilization.

“We are excited to offer more interconnectivity options for customers looking to expand their borders and tap into high-growth markets,” said Maile Kaiser, CoreSite’s Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. “By adding Zenlayer to the Open Cloud Exchange, our customers can easily reach clouds and data centers in fast-growing emerging markets such as Asia-Pacific, India, Indonesia, and Brazil. And these services are highly scalable, with accelerated speed to market and reduced upfront costs.”

Dedicated Servers – Global Deployment

Furthermore, the Cloud Networking offering communicates with Zenlayer Bare Metal Cloud, allowing CoreSite clients to rapidly install high-performance, dedicated servers in 58 locations across 30 continents.

“We are thrilled that Zenlayer is now part of the CoreSite Open Cloud Exchange,” said Joe Zhu, Founder and CEO at Zenlayer. “Together, Zenlayer and CoreSite will make it easier and faster for businesses to build hybrid and multi-cloud solutions across the globe. With our joint offering, CoreSite customers will be able to deliver the same seamless digital experiences to users in new markets, ultimately increasing both user retention and revenue.”

American Tower bought CoreSite last December by combining one of its wholly owned subsidiaries with and into CoreSite. The overall value of this acquisition is $10.1 billion, which includes the assumption and/or repayment of CoreSite’s present debt.
