CTM as a monitoring tool
CTM stands for Capacity Threshold Monitoring and is a feature provided exclusively by UKFast.
Capacity Threshold Monitoring issues warnings when a certain level of memory or disk space is reached.
This will alert the UKFast team and yourself when your chosen capacity is met.
You can set these warnings to occur at a threshold of your choice.
We would advise setting up alerts nice and early, for example when RAM or disk space exceeds around 50% to ensure that a service-affecting level is never reached.
