Service Express, a U.S. based third-party data center solutions provider specializing in global multivendor maintenance, hybrid cloud, managed infrastructure services, hardware solutions and more, has announced the acquisition of ServIQ. This investment would complement Service Express’ existing channel partner program and builds upon its current portfolio of solutions.
Since its founding in 2004, ServIQ has been providing multivendor data center support to many of the Fortune 500 businesses and the world’s most well-known brands. ServIQ would not only offer over 19 years of experience in the business, but also a staff of skilled sales, service, engineering, and customer support professionals to Service Express.
ServIQ relied on Agile Equity as their adviser for their financial needs. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
It is not Service Express’ first acquisition. In 2021 and 2022, the data center maintenance provider acquired several companies including Sherlock Services, iTech Solutions Group, iInTheCloud, and UK-based Blue Chip.
According to Jeff Reale, owner of ServIQ, “This is a significant move for ServIQ, and we’re pleased to have the backing of Service Express as we transition into the next chapter of our organization.”
