Ingram Micro Cloud, one of the IT channel’s largest cloud marketplaces, has added the integration of Datto’s Autotask PSA into its cloud marketplace to enable Managed Service Providers streamline transactions (MSPs). Autotask PSA from Datto is a comprehensive IT business management platform that provides MSPs with mission-critical tools they might need to run their IT managed services businesses.
Autotask PSA from Datto is a cloud-based platform that brings MSP efficiency, accountability, and insight together. This integration enables MSPs to enter into their integration portal and improve the process of acquiring services and propagating transactions to Datto’s Autotask PSA using the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace, one of the world’s biggest marketplaces for cloud products and services for the channel.

MSPs will be able to synchronize Cloud Marketplace and Datto’s Autotask PSA, as well as map customers, import customers from Autotask PSA to Cloud Marketplace, reconcile subscriptions, navigate items, and more as a result of the integration.
