Dell EMC Announces Availability of Its New PowerEdge 14th Generation Servers

Dell EMC is announcing worldwide availability for its PowerEdge 14th generation servers. This new server family was initially announced at Dell EMC World 2017 in Las Vegas. With “27 percent more CPU cores and 50 percent more memory bandwidth6,” Dell EMC PowerEdge 14th generation server customers would be enabled to accelerate performance of their business critical applications and workloads.

The Dell EMC PowerEdge 14th generation servers featuring Intel Xeon Scalable Processors come with a scalable business architecture, optimized for software-defined data center while delivering “up to 12x database IOPs for accelerating cutting-edge applications.” Intelligent automation would speed up administration “up to 4x with iDRAC9 and 30% fewer steps to set up iDRAC with QuickSync 22.”
