Deloitte has acquired Netherlands-based ServiceNow specialist Odysseus. The acquired company specializes in the management of project portfolios. It is one of the largest implementing partners in Europe for ServiceNow services in this field.
The accounting and management consultancy expert helps numerous clients with their digital transformation challenges. In this context, as a strategic partner of Deloitte, ServiceNow, plays a significant role. This acquisition of Odysseus would reinforce the position of Deloitte in this fast-growing platform. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

IT Management, DevOps
The team of Odysseus will join Deloitte. With its significant expertise in IT Management, Agile, DevOps and Project Portfolio Management, Odysseus will help expand Deloitte’s capabilities. Along with Deloitte’s current IT, Risk, Employee and Customer Workflow solutions offered from ServiceNow, the management consultancy expert expects to be better prepared to provide their customers the entire range of ServiceNow services.
