Denovo, a U.S. provider of enterprise cloud hosting, consulting, outsourcing and managed services, with offices in Colorado and California, has acquired iTINUUM, a disaster recovery firm located in Seattle, Washington. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
iTINUUM delivers solutions in infrastructure, cloud, application high availability, disaster recovery and project management services to large enterprise customers.
