To enhance the monitoring of its network backbone, Deutsche Telekom has deployed an AI powered solution from BENOCS and Anodot. The new solution is the outcome of a collaboration between BENOCS and Anodot, an autonomous monitoring startup. The service, which is powered by AI, not only analyzes network data but also identifies changes in traffic behavior and flow.
By enabling only relevant network anomaly warnings to be sent, it would help Deutsche Telekom to considerably save effort and expenses. Simultaneously, needless alert noise has been removed.

Real-Time Network Monitoring
Anodot’s automatic insights integrate performance and fault monitoring to provide communications service providers with an end-to-end picture of service-impacting problems in real time. Anodot learns the usual behavior of all business metrics on its own and continuously monitors each one in real time. Its correlation engine links anomalies across all data stacks, detects events and contributing causes, and reduces the time it takes to discover and resolve situations. The combined BENOCS-Anodot solution for AI-powered anomaly detection has been integrated into Deutsche Telekom Global Carrier’s IP-network monitoring system, making it the first client in the world to do so.
