Centrify, a company delivering solutions to secure enterprise identities against cyberthreats, has joined Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) as a corporate member. CSA is a not-for-profit organization that promotes best practices for assuring security of cloud computing and provides education on the use of cloud computing to help secure all computing.
Centrify’s Identity Platform protects against an important point of attack used in data breaches – compromised credentials – by securing an enterprise’s internal and external users as well as its privileged accounts, through cloud, mobile or on-premise.

The Cloud Security Alliance is led by a broad coalition of industry practitioners, corporations, associations and other key stakeholders.
Centrify plans to contribute to CSA’s initiatives and share best practices around using identity to define a new security perimeter. Identity-defined security would enable IT teams to establish accountability, reduce the attack surface available to hackers and easily prove compliance at any point in time.
