GetCloudServices, a provider of cloud servers and desktop-as-a-service hosting based in Jacksonville, Florida, has announced its participation in the Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Program to help its customers embrace the cloud.
The Microsoft Cloud Solution Provider Program is designed to strengthen customer relationships and expand cloud sales opportunities by enabling partners to provide direct billing, sell combined offers and services, as well as directly provision, manage and support products and services.
The participation would allow GetCloudServices to more easily sell and support Office 365 and Windows Intune subscriptions and help customers take advantage of cloud services by owning the entire billing process and directly managing support.
“GCS can now better meet the needs of small to medium sized enterprises by combining the features of Microsoft‘s market-leading business productivity software and services with our cloud-hosting and security expertise,” said Billy Forte, CEO, GetCloudServices. “GCS can now help enterprises migrate easier to the cloud and increase their business mobility without compromising compliance and security.”
GetCloudServices delivers enterprise cloud hosting services including IT outsourcing, ASP, and software hosting. The company serves over 17,000 clients in more than 100 countries.
“The Cloud Solution Provider Program puts our partners at the center of the customer relationship,” said Phil Sorgen, corporate vice president, Worldwide Partner Group at Microsoft Corp. “Through participation these partners have demonstrated dedication to helping our mutual customers successfully move to the cloud.”
