Ampcus, a global IT consultancy company headquartered in Chantilly, Virginia, has selected Carpathia to deliver a fully managed hosting solution supported by Carpathia’s federally compliant data centers. The Carpathia solution eliminated the need for Ampcus or the end user to manage, support, and worry about their complex IT data center infrastructure.
Ampcus was hired by their customer to deliver a complete outsourced IT solution. As such, Ampcus needed to select a new data center and managed hosting services provider to replace the incumbent. The alternative provider had to be able to support data center infrastructure across multiple geographies and achieve improved latency, uptime, and reliability.
To address these requirements, Carpathia evaluated the existing environment to determine what deficiencies were present and ultimately proposed an innovative solution, built from the ground up, to accomplish critical SLA metrics.
