Global IT Solutions Firm Unisys Joins Google Cloud Partner Advantage Program

Unisys, the global IT solutions company, has joined the Google Cloud Partner Advantage Program as a Google Cloud and Google Workspace Resell Partner. Unisys can market Google Cloud and Google Workspace solutions in addition to providing its full portfolio of cloud and infrastructure services and Digital Workplace Services.

Unisys’ ability to deliver outcome-based, end-to-end cloud services to its clients has been enhanced by its participation in the Google Cloud Partner Advantage Program, according to the company. Their cloud services include cloud advisory, digital transformation, application modernization, migration, security, compliance automation, orchestration, and comprehensive managed services.

Unisys’ comprehensive field services, service desk, endpoint management, productivity, and collaboration capabilities and its status as a Google Workspace reseller would also help clients enhance their working environment by utilizing Google Cloud.

The announcement follows the news of Unisys acquiring Unify Square last month, a supplier of secured collaboration and communications systems. Unisys paid $152.5 million for the company. The acquisition was being funded entirely in cash by Unisys. Unisys will be able to use Unify Square’s Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) offering to further expand its digital workplace offerings targeted at improving the employee experience as a result of the purchase.
