Immersed computing provider Asperitas has announced an agreement through which Boston – a large and globally operating systems integrator with its headquarters in the UK – will add Asperitas’ immersed computing solution to its portfolio. Boston will incorporate the oil-based data center innovations from Asperitas in their existing services portfolio of servers, storage & networking solutions, and more.
The cooperation agreement was announced during CloudFest last week in Germany. HostingJournalist.com was there and had a video interview with Glenn Rosenberg, Director of Cloud & Managed Services at Boston, as well as Rolf Brink, CEO and founder of Netherlands-based Asperitas. In this interview, Mr. Rosenberg shares his thoughts on the immersed computing solutions delivered by Asperitas. He finds their immersed computing product a very well-engineered data center solution with great attention to details. The two of them also talk about their expectations with regards to the partnership announced.
