Green House Data, a Cheyenne, Wyoming-based retail colocation, managed services, and cloud hosting provider, will occupy 20,000 square feet of data center and office space at 1 Ramland Road, 1547’s facility in Orangeburg, New York. This data center will serve as Green House Data’s East Coast flagship location with services including as-a-Service offerings and colocation.
The long-term agreement provides approximately 2MW of power and kicks off the full redevelopment of the data center campus. Construction is set to begin immediately and includes custom-designed pods to meet specific client requirements, complete with a power density to support 10kW cabinets. The scheduled launch of Green House Data’s Tier III designed, concurrently maintainable space is January 1, 2015.

Located on 32 acres at 1 Ramland Road in Orangeburg, New York, the 232,000 square feet data center is near the region’s major highways and key regional data centers such as Bloomberg’s in Orangetown’s Corporate Park Drive and the NYSE data center in Mahwah, New Jersey. The property is in close proximity to and synchronous with Manhattan, Connecticut, and key regional facilities.
