More than 50 developers from around the world came together for the Cloud.Community Hackathon by 1&1 at WHD.global 2017.
Seven teams each worked on a project proposed by one of the seven sponsor organizations. Projects ranged from on open way to connect IoT devices with cloud providers to methods of making DNS setup simple for end-users.
The hackathon included past and new participants including Paul Mockapetris who’s known as the inventor of DNS. A hackathon is part of WHD.usa 2018, and will also be back at WHD.global in 2018 where teams will set out to solve a new set of problems.
