Hosting Firm team.blue Acquires B2B Lead Generation Company, Leadinfo

Hosting provider team.blue has acquired Netherlands-based B2B lead generation software provider, Leadinfo, for an undisclosed sum of money. Leadinfo was founded with the mindset of a growth hacker. The company is using data of anonymous website visitors to create leads out of B2B website visitors.

Leadinfo currently serves over 1,200 partners and more than 3,000 clients across Europe, customers like Heineken, Brother and Channable, as well as thousands of SMEs who rely on their lead generation software to generate more revenue. Leadinfo managed to establish a leading position in the Benelux while it is also a large international provider of lead generation services in the DACH region.

Founded in 2019, team.blue is the result of a recent merger between hosting companies Combell Group, TransIP Group, and Register Group. Since then, team.blue has expanded to become a leading provider of web hosting and cloud services across Europe, employing more than 2,000 people in 15 offices around the continent. With 2.5 million customers, team.blue aims at improving the business performance of small and medium-sized enterprises with total price reductions for web hosting, domains, e-commerce, and applications.

Leadinfo claims it will be just business as usual after this acquisition. As planned, the company will for example proceed to open their first international office in Düsseldorf, Germany in July. Leadinfo also plans to continue further development of their software, while they promise that nothing much will change for their lead generation software clients. What will change is their extended market reach through team.blue’s existing and expanding channels across Europe.
