Steadfast, a cloud, bare metal server, and data center services provider from the Midwest, has been acquired by ColoHouse, an IT platform supplier delivering colocation, cloud, and IT services. Three colocation data center sites, as well as enterprise-grade cloud and hosting solutions were acquired as part of the deal.

For over 20 years, Steadfast has specialized in cloud consulting, engineering, and hosting, providing services at all phases of design and implementation, as well as maintenance and growth planning.
With 28 sites in 22 cities across North America, Europe, and Asia, ColoHouse is a global retail colocation, cloud, and managed services provider (MSP). The company’s broad range of hosting services offerings would allow clients to tailor their IT infrastructure to match their specific business demands.

Additionally, we acquired Steadfast’s location in the Iron Mountain building in Edison, New Jersey.”

Throughout 2022, ColoHouse will continue to integrate the companies it recently acquired including Lume Cloud, Data102, Quonix, Turnkey Internet, and now also Steadfast.
