Canada-based web hosting company HostPapa has acquired several of Add2Net’s web hosting brands including Lunarpages, PacificHost and Santa Barbara Web Hosting, and E-Solutions. Financial terms of this acquisition were not disclosed.
Add2Net will continue to provide dedicated servers, VPS hosting and Exchange hosting via its “premier” brand HostLabs.

Founded in 1999, Add2Net was one of the first companies to offer web hosting and ancillary services. The company’s web hosting brands hosted over 150,000 customers and more than 250,000 domain names by 2007. Add2Net then further grew its business organically but also through acquisitions. These acquisitions included:
