Canadian web hosting and cloud services provider HostPapa has acquired another web hosting company from Canada, Korax Inc. Korax is a privately-owned Canadian corporation operating since 1997. It offers web hosting and email services to small and medium businesses across Canada.
Based in Burlington, Ontario, Canada, HostPapa is a web hosting and cloud services provider for SMBs across the globe that was founded in 2006.
Korax customers would receive an upgrade to HostPapa’s “state of the art”, renewably powered, Canada-based data center. This upgrade will also give customers access to the company’s full portfolio of cloud-based business growth tools. Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
